Refund / Return & Exchange Policy
At Regina, we stand behind the quality of our products. We are committed to providing exceptional after-sale customer service and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Lifetime Warranty Guaranteed
All new products purchased through Regina include a Lifetime Warranty Guaranteed
- Shipping charges (to and from) and delivery/setup fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds will only be processed back to the original form of payment used during checkout.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to a different form of payment, including a different card or bank account.
Return Process
- Contact customer service at info@getregina.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- The product must be in "like new" condition and returned in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Regina will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Sales are final on the following items:
- Display, discontinued, and out-of-box items
- Special order products not normally in stock
- Gift cards and promotional items
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty before they are packaged for shipment. Special order items cannot be canceled once placed.

Defective Merchandise
